Welcome to iDrop Ultra. By downloading, accessing, or using the iDrop Ultra mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

iDrop Ultra is a color palette management application that allows users to create, generate, extract, organize, and export color palettes. Some features require a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using iDrop Ultra, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

The App uses anonymous authentication by default. Premium features may associate data with a unique user ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

iDrop Ultra offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed via Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass limitations, reverse engineer the software, or interfere with the App’s infrastructure.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the App, you grant iDrop Ultra permission to store and process this content solely to provide app functionality.

7. AI Features

AI-generated palettes are provided “as is”. iDrop Ultra does not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, or suitability for specific purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the App belongs to iDrop Ultra. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the App without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, interruptions, or AI output inaccuracies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDrop Ultra shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
